Common questions
- I'm not receiving my OTP.Check that your phone has signal and try again after a minute; if it still doesn't arrive, contact us with the phone number you're signing in with.
- A lesson video won't play. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and the app is updated to the latest version, then try again.
- I want to reset my profile.Open the Profile tab in the app and use the “Reset Profile” option.
