Bhaskar School (“we”, “us”) operates the Bhaskar School mobile app. This page explains what information we collect from users of the app, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected.

Information we collect

  • Phone number — used to sign you in via one-time password (OTP) verification.
  • Profile information — name, email, age, and gender, which you provide when creating your profile.
  • Course activity— which courses you've unlocked, your lesson completion progress, and purchase records (course, amount, and date) when you buy a course.

How we use this information

We use this information to operate the app: authenticating you, showing your enrolled courses and progress, processing course purchases, and displaying your profile back to you. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Where your data is stored

App data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, and Cloud Storage). Course payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card or payment credentials ourselves — Razorpay handles that directly.

Your choices

You can reset or update your profile information at any time from the Profile tab in the app. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the details on our Support page.
